A Georgian mahogany one drawer barrel front side table.
The table has a one piece top of solid mahogany that has a double reeded edge and round front corners.
The table has turned legs with ring turned decoration, the front legs have a reeded detail and continue up to the corners with the table top following the contours.
The barrel front (barrel meaning slightly bowed) has a cock beaded edge, the single drawer is mahogany lined with original divisions inside and old changed brass ring handles.
The table is in good condition and has had the polish sympathetically restored.
The table could be used as a side, dressing or writing table or even as an assistant sideboard. (Circa 1820)
