A late 18th to early 19th century Georgian mahogany mule chest.
The chest has what appears to be a seven drawer front which is actually two dummy drawers at the top, one long drawer in the middle and three small drawers at the bottom.
All the drawers are oak lined and have original oval brass handles.
The chest stands on ogee bracket feet and has reeded quarter column corners.
Below the columns are oval inlaid decorative panels, the sides of the chest have recessed panels and the one piece hinged lid has a moulded edge.
The chest is in very good condition. (Circa 1800)
