A very rare and highly collectable pair of 18th century octagonal sheet silver candlesticks with elegant contemporary hand embossed bases and sunken in wells. The stems of the candlesticks are stylishly formed and crowned with a delightful embossed capital with a single applied strap work band for highlights.
