Object Description
Graeco Scythian gold earrings. A matching pair, each composed of a hoop and suspended hollow conical shaped drop, with fine granulated wires around the hoop and further loops extending down the drop and terminating with clusters of gold pellets on the underside, to a open ended closure to top. Tested yellow gold, approximately 6.1 grams in weight, circa 2nd century BC- 2nd century AD.
