Object History

Constructed with fine organic hand-spun wool and cotton which has been dyed with traditional vegetable dying techniques which have been used for generations due to their ability to create both vivid and subtle tones.
This fantastic geometric kilim rug was woven by hand in Anatolia, a large peninsula that now makes up a large part of modern Turkey, in the 1920s.
