This is then framed by a layered repeat pattern border. This piece is suitable for use as a bedroom rug, living room rug, entranceway rug or dining room rug. Karabakh is a region that is in present-day known as Eastern Armenia and Southwestern Azerbaijan. The female population of this region are known for the professional weaving techniques and skills, famous to this day for their fine wool carpets.
