Object Description
Impress and amaze your family and friends with this immense George IV period mahogany antique serving table. It was made for such an important house that it does nt even have any storage space. This is because storage space in their house was in the kitchens, the kitchens that they never went into because the kitchens were in the basement and were full of servants. The servants of course carried the food from the kitchen to the dining room which in turn negates the need for storage space in the giant serving table.
The top of this serving table is made of a single sheet of mahogany, the legs are carved from solid mahogany, it is strong enough to walk on and it weighs a figurative ton.
