Impressive Large Very Decorative Real Pair of Japanese Satsuma Table Lamps.
Decorated with beautiful Japanese Geisha’s facing each other under the gilded Shimazu clan mon, on the reverse two men figures dressed with kimono’s set in a landscape.
Decorated with magnificent original gilding, overall in very good original condition, the decoration is in wonderful original condition and is beautiful painted in fresh colours, there are no repairs, retouches or cracks.

34cm high till top of vase.
18cm diameter base the shades are 51cm diameter.
Japanese circa 1925
The lamps have been rewired with old style new fabric cable.
