A late 19th to early 20th century Japanese Meiji period (1862-1912) cast bronze jardinière.
This large gourd shaped jardinière or planter has cast birds, foliage and fruit decoration with the branches forming a pair of carrying handles.
The jardinière is in very good original condition. (Circa 1900)
