A 19th century French gilt metal mantel clock by Japy Frères.
The clock has a gilt decorated and painted porcelain dial and panels and a decorative urn to the top.
The clock has an eight day movement that strikes the hour and half hour on a bell.
The clock has a shaped giltwood stand that is raised on giltwood bun feet.
The clock is in full working condition, the giltwood stand is slightly worn. (Circa 1870)
