Object Description
Kangxi pair of Octagonal lobed porcelain bowls, early 18th century Chinese. The bowls both have a six character Kangxi mark with in a double circle and were made during the reign of the Emperor Kangxi.
They are delicately painted to the outside with alternating flowering branches including lotus, hibiscus, peony and chrysanthemum.
the inside base of the bowls are painted with a chrysanthemum and rock work with grasses.
An unusual shape and delicately painted with excellent detail to the flowers.
