Object Description
This large and rare Charles II silver press sided box was made C1680 and is marked with the makers mark only of PR crowned (probably Philip Roker) and measures almost 3 inches across by 2 1/8 inches wide and is 1 inch deep, it has a button at either end that is pressed to gain entry into the box and to the back side there is an 11 lug hinge, inside the box to the base is the makers mark and it is in very nice condition and weighs 2.10 ounces or 65 grams.
