Object Description
This superb set of 4 large Victorian silver Regency style salts were made in London in 1878 by F.B.Thomas & Co and measure 3 5/8 inches in length by 2.75 inches wide and are 2.25 inches high, they are well pierced and have swag decoration with ovals having flower heads and the central front one being blank, they each stand on 4 ball and claw feet and each has it’s original Bristol blue liner and are all fully hallmarked to the underside, included with the sale are 4 salt spoons by Francis Higgins made in London in 1884, a lovely set of salts in excellent condition.
