Object Description
An ancient Luristan cast bronze pendant of an ibex, portrayed recumbent with emphasized facial features, such as horns, eyes and ears. The pendant features a suspension loop to the animal’s neck for attachment. Such figurine might have been worn as part of a necklace or bracelet with amuletic or decorative purposes.
