A late 19th century Art Nouveau Hungarian ash marquetry inlaid occasional table attributed to Émile Gallé (1846-1904).
The table has a shaped top that has an iris flower and leaves inlaid into the figured ash.
The middle shelf has similar marquetry inlays and a raised moulded edge.
The table has splay standard ends which are carved with an iris decoration and have an extra support for the top.
The table is in good condition but would have had a curved shelf above the bottom crossrail. (Circa 1895)
