Object Description

A mid 19th century mahogany octagonal pot cupboard of fine patina and large proportions.

This cupboard consists of an octagonal top with ebonised moulded edge leading down to a combination of curl mahogany and plum pudding mahogany veneers to form a ‘column’ cupboard of fine patina and large proportions, the door opening to reveal a fitted shelf inside.

The cupboard is supported on an octagonal figured mahogany plinth with ebonised moulded edge to the top and terminating on four original porcelain castors.

This cupboard being ideal for storage and also a great item for displaying bronzes and busts etc.

This item is in very good condition for age, is of stable construction and can go straight into a home.
