Object Description

This very nice quality George II silver cream boat was made in London in 1741 by John Pollock and measures 4.75 inches handle to spout by 2.5 inches at its widest and is 2.75 to the top of the handle. It has the original chasing to the body and stands on 3 shell shoulder legs with stepped feet and has a double scrolled handle with acanthus leaf thumb piece. It is fully hallmarked underneath and is in very good condition and weighs 3.75 ounces or 116 grams.
