These wonderful gilt bronze and marble candelabra, dating from the opulent Napoleon III period of the mid-19th Century, are ideally suited to a grand and luxurious interior setting. Beautifully designed with fine materials in the Rococo style of Louis XV, the candelabra are sure to delight and inspire in equal measure.
The candelabra bodies are carefully sculpted from a beautiful reddish-purple veined marble, taking a bulbous form. The bodies are each mounted with a gilt bronze draped floral vine, and supported on shaped floral and acanthus leaf-form bases. Each candelabrum has five lights with naturalistic leaf-form drip pans, which attach to the bodies via scrolling acanthus-leaf form branches.
