Pair walnut armchairs with embossed leather, Dutch circa 1660

Object Description

A fine pair of walnut bobbin turned armchairs with upholstered back and seat, covered in 18th century embossed and coloured Spanish leather. Dutch, circa 1660

Object Condition

Excellent condition even retaining the turned toes. Some historic wood beetle holes in the seat rails, now extinct. The leather in very good condition for the age with some small repairs.
