An early 20th century German oak case triple train chiming Grandfather clock.
The works are stamped with the Embee Peerless name and number 1502240.
The clock has three brass cased weights and strikes the hour and quarter hours with a choice of three chimes: Westminster, St Michael and Whittington.
The brass and silverised dial is in an 18th century style with Roman numerals and black pierced hands.
The dial also has a chime silent and strike silent lever along with the secondary dial for choosing the chimes.
The chimes and hour strike have a total of 12 brass chime bars.
The oak case is in excellent original condition with an astragal glazed door to display the weights.
The clock is in full working condition, the strike and chimes can be independently turned off. (Circa 1920)
