Object Description
This crested George III pierced and engraved silver slice was made in London in London in 1780 by William Plummer and measures 11 5/8 inches in length, it has a thread and bead handle leading into a curved blade that is beautifully pierced and engraved and has a central roundel containing the crest of a winged griffin, it is fully and clearly hallmarked and is in excellent condition weighing 4.75 ounces or 148 grams.
