Object Description

Fine and rare surviving pair of George III butlers trays with gilt brass galleries. The tray is supported by solid mahogany legs moulded to both the inner and outer edges, joined by a turned stretcher.

It should be noted that pairs of butlers trays from the period are extremely rare and that these are superb examples of the turn of the century.

Wear consistent with age and use. Superb original condition. Well patinated surfaces in line with age and use.
