An early 19th century Regency carved gilt wood and gesso overmantel mirror.
The frame is decorated with three lion masks in the top frieze and Egyptian figures flanking the mirror plate.
The mirror has an overhanging cornice that has a row of twenty eight gold balls as a decoration.
The oblong mirror has a bevelled edge and is surrounded by an ebonised slip.
The mirror is pleasing to look at and in fairly good condition with some slight damage to the left corner of the cornice. (Circa 1820)
