Object Description

Circa 1820, Regency inverted breakfront hall or serving table in Spanish flame mahogany. The inverted breakfront top is in mirror matched Spanish mahogany with a gadrooned edge above a deep moulded frieze. It has a centre drawer to the frieze, and is raised on bold acanthus carved, reed and bead moulded legs which are capped by foliate carved blocks and brackets. This finishes on acanthus carved tapered ovoid feet
