An early 19th century Regency mahogany Butler’s canterbury in a Gillows style.
The canterbury has a shaped top that has a carrying handle, a compartment for storage with a hinged lid and an end tray to stand plates.
The canterbury is designed to store cutlery and plates for the setting or clearing of a table.
The canterbury has four slender turned mahogany legs with gilt brass casters.
The canterbury is in good condition. (Circa 1820)
