Object Description
An Ancient Roman cast bronze signet ring, composed of a round hoop, and a rectangular-shaped bezel. The bezel is engraved with the crude depiction of an animal, portrayed running towards the left. The Romans enjoyed wearing rings not only on all the fingers but also on the knuckles, hence the small size of such ring. A dark green patina covers the majority of the ring. Closest UK ring size A.
