Object Description
Roman glass flask in green glass now thickly opaque with a mottled and iridescent crust; the rounded body with light diagonal ribbing and four dimples to body; two handles to a thin cylindrical spout with double rolled rim. Bears a resemblance to the ‘Pilgrim Flask’ from the 4th century AD.
