Object Description
A very good quality French mantel clock dating to the late 19th Century. The rosewood case has a lancet top with boxwood stringing and a satinwood inlaid fan , has brass loop side handles and stands on brass ogee bracket feet. It has a white enamel dial with fine pierced brass hands, Roman numerals and 5 minute markers. The bezel is beaded brass and has a polished edge glass. The 8 day movement strikes the hours and halves on a gong and was made by Vincenti and has is original numbered pendulum. The clock comes complete with keys and a set up/running instruction video.
