Decorated with a geometric cobalt blue and red floral border with a coat of arms at the centre. With two handles, one at each end.
Rouen, France, c.1710.
A small amount of restoration to the underside of the handles.
There is a dish with almost identical design and similar quality in the collection of the V&A in South Kensington, London.
