Object Description
Circa 1800, George III Scottish mahogany linen press. The moulded cornice is over a cross banded and beaded frieze, with two doors with flame mahogany panels and rosewood banding. This opens to the interior with 5 original mahogany linen slides with ash linings (a sign of quality). It has a moulded waist over 2 short and 3 long graduated, cock beaded drawers with ash linings and original brass ring handles. All standing on its original shaped French bracket feet.
