Object Description
Circa 1800. A quality set of six mahogany George III dining chairs. The curved, reeded and pierced top rail with similar back beneath, held in place by shaped uprights, drop-in upholstered seat, simple seat rail, back legs are square and slightly out swept, front legs are ribbed and tapering, intersected by conforming stretchers. The chairs have excellent colour and patination.
