A small late 18th to early 19th century Georgian oak mule chest.
The chest has a hinged lid with a rounded mould to the edge and a single drawer.
The interior has a candle box to the left hand side with a hidden compartment holding two drawers.
The base of the chest holds the slim full length drawer that has a cock beaded edge, pine linings and brass swan neck handles.
The chest stands on shaped bracket feet and has carrying handles to each side.
The chest is in good condition and has keys for the lid and drawer. (Circa 1800)
