Object Description
ue ware song celadon conical bowl with incised carved decoration. The decoration is of a flower head with waves.
The outside of the bowl is plainly glazed with a celadon colour which falls down to the base with some pooling and thickening to the inside with in the carved pattern
According Suzanne Valensteinthe kilns that produced the Yue ware in Zhejiang Provenance ended sometime in the 11th or early 12th century although some was still being paid as tribute until the middle of the 12th century
