This exceptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian sterling silver goblet, has a circular bell shaped form onto a knopped stem and circular spreading foot.
The hallmarked body of this antique goblet is embellished with bright cut engraved decoration featuring cascading trefoil motifs.
The decoration to the body incorporates four cartouches accented with a subtle scalloped swag design to the lower portion; three feature impressive symmetrical foliate designs and the remaining one is vacant.
The upper portion of this sterling silver 19th century Silver Goblet is encompassed with a bright cut engraved decorated border, featuring further trefoil motifs.
The foot is ornamented with further bright cut engraved decoration and subtle swag ornamentation to the border.
This impressive 1880s silver goblet was crafted by the renowned and collectable silversmith Charles Stuart Harris.
