The surface of this 1920s sterling silver salver is plain and unembellished.
The raised border of this impressive salver is embellished with cast and applied moulded decoration to the rim.
This antique salver is supported by four impressive cast sterling silver Art Deco style bracket feet; the feet reflect the incurved shaped form of the corners.
The underside of the salver bears the retailer’s mark ‘Jays, 142 & 144, Oxford St W’, in addition to the full hallmarks.
