Early 20th century Edward VII Chester sterling silver tea caddy.
The caddy is in the shape of an 18th century Georgian cutlery box with a gilded interior and a hinged lid.
The tea caddy has sterling silver hall marks for Chester, the year 1903 and the maker’s mark for George Nathan & Ridley Hayes.
The underside of the caddy is engraved with ‘E W M April 20th 1927’.
The caddy is in good condition though the maker’s mark is rubbed.
