This exceptional, fine and impressive antique Edwardian sterling silver tray has an oval form.

The surface of this antique silver tray is embellished with bright cut engraved decoration, depicting floral motifs and butterflies, surrounding a central feature engraved floral arrangement.

The raised rounded border of this antique tray is ornamented with pierced applied decoration to the rim, incorporating an undulating border and floral motifs.

The underside of the Edwardian silver tray bears deeply struck English silver hallmarks.

This exceptional tray was crafted by the renowned London silversmiths Charles & Richard Comyns.
