Object Description

This very nice quality pair of crested William IV fiddle pattern basting spoons were made in London in 1834 by William Eaton and measure just over 12 inches in length and are crested to the fronts with a lion rampant holding a ball, they are fully and clearly hallmarked to the backs. The bowls are well formed with good tips and they are in excellent condition weighing 9.60 ounces or 299 grams.
