Object Description
A stylish gold, diamond and onyx reversible bracelet by Van Cleef & Arpels c.1970s, the bracelet formed of thirty uniform chevron shaped motifs, on one side, half of each chevron is set with three round brilliant cut diamonds and on the flip side, one half is set with a smoothly carved piece of black onyx, with a concealed tongue and box clasp. This elegant bracelet has a day to night design so the onyx side can be worn during the daytime for a more casual feel and then the bracelet turned over and worn with the diamonds facing out for a more glamorous, sparkly look. A clever and super wearable design with an interesting shape and a lovely fluid flexibility.
