Circa 1870, Victorian breakfront figured walnut open bookcase. Surmounted by a moulded cushion cornice with central carved lion rampart. The central, deep bookcase (with a shelf depth of 27 cm) has adjustable shelves flanked by barley twist supports. The narrower (with a shelf depth of 22 cm) side bookcases are flanked by pilasters with foliate carved corbels; all on an enclosed plinth base.
