A 19th century Victorian burr walnut jewellery and dressing box.
The box has a hinged lid, a fitted interior and a front panel behind which are a pair of drawers.
The interior holds ten glass perfume and storage jars and bottles with silver plated lids and a manicure set.
The two drawers have brass military style handles, one drawer is fitted out with blue velvet to hold jewellery and the other is mahogany lined and plain.
The underside of the lid holds a blue velvet lined panel that falls forward to expose a mirror and a leather storage pouch.
The box is in good condition. (Circa 1870)
