Victorian Sterling Silver Inkwell Stand
A late 19th century Victorian sterling silver inkwell stand.
The circular stand has a cut glass ink bottle in the centre that has a hinged silver lid.
The tray stand has a beaded and shaped outer edge with a pierced and engraved inner edge apart from the front facing panel.
The hinged lid is decorated to match the tray with an urn shaped finial to the top.
The underside of the tray and rim of the lid has hall marks for London, the date letter for 1881-82 and the maker’s mark for John Batson.
The inkwell and stand are in good condition. (Circa 1881-82)
