A middle of the 19th century Victorian walnut ‘X’ frame stool.
The stool has a square needlework upholstered seat with brass studding around the edge ad a half round walnut bead below.
The ‘X’ shaped frame has turned finial decorations, a turned cross rail joining the two sides and is raised on brass casters.
The stool is made from solid walnut and in very good condition, the needlework has some small marks from use. (Circa 1850)
