Vintage Tiffany & Co. sapphire cufflinks. A matching pair of cufflinks, each composed of a pair of rectangular plaques, set with a round old cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back rubover setting, four in total with a combined approximate weight of 0.30 carats, to an elegant rectangular design with slightly rounded corners featuring sunburst engraving, polished edges and open backholing, fitted to reverse with a secure bar fitting, approximately 2cm x 1.2cm. Marked 14 carat yellow gold, signed “TIFFANY & Co”, American, circa 1950.
