Object Description

A fine and rare small George IV period rosewood striking library clock. The silvered dial with heart shaped hands, the fast/slow regulation arbor at XII. The 8-day twin chain fusée movement with anchor escapement, striking on a gong.

* This clock was made by Benjamin Lewis Vulliamy who had the Royal Warrant as Clockmaker to the King.
