Object Description
A Western Asiatic ring produced from gold with a central garnet. The gold wire-like section hoop has been applied in antiquity to the round appliqué converting into a bezel. The appliqué features a large circular shape with protruding knob fragments that would have once attached to a further embellishment. To the centre sits a garnet cabochon set in a gold frame.
