A fine George III bright cut engraved silver teapot.
A beautiful 18th century silver shaped oval (panelled) teapot decorated with elegant bands of intricate bright cut hand engraving. The spout is of the highly desirable ‘straight’ formed and the fruitwood handle is scroll design. The slight doming of the lid and the hidden flush hinge round off a beautiful piece of Georgian craftsmanship. There is a contemporary entwined initials for importance.
