Object Description
A drawn trumpet bowl plain stem wine glass engraved with Willim Bluett Falmo 1749 under a floral crown. Either side of this engraving are stylised floral stems tied in a bow under the writing.
Although the name is English and Bluett is a name associated with Falmouth it is possible that this is a Norwegian glass as the symbols have a Scandinavian style to them.. Also the foot is blown high and folded. The height of the foot is not common in English glasses.
