Object Description
An 18th Century Mahogany Chest Of Unusually SmallĀ
Proportion Having Well Figured Top Over Five Long
Drawers Retaining Original Brass Swan Neck Handles
Raised On Original Shaped Bracket Feet
( This chest is a most useful and functional size that is
seldom seen in chests of drawers from this period. It is
just big enough to be useful, with five good size drawers
whilst at the same time being small enough to fit in a variety
of different spaces around the home. It retains a lovely rich
colour and patina and its original brass swan neck handles.
It is also raised on its original bracket feet. Great value forĀ
money for an elegant, but functional 18th century piece of
English furniture. )
