Object Description
A beautiful 1940s side table by Jules Leleu with clean lines that bring out the opulent rosewood surface. The sides extend above an inset top, to which they bevel down. A drawer beneath this lips out beyond the planes of the front and back, and a shelf halfway matches this.
The main body sits on a recessed plinth and a classically Leleu base, with bronze banding and small, curved legs with scrolled, bronze sabots on each foot.
